PEI Powder Coated Spring Steel Sheet

• For use with Prusa i3 Mk3s Magnetic Heated Bed
• PEI Coated on Both Sides
• Gives a textured finish to the bottom part
• Prints easily stick to the print sheet without using any adhesives etc

Please Note

• These sheets are consumable items and will not last forever.
• Powder coated sheet are quite thin as compared to regular smooth PEI sheets which quite normal
  
• Thickness - 0.68mm to 0.7mm

Please take care of the following things when using these sheets

• Do not use ACETONE to clean. Use only 90% or above IPA for cleaning
• Do not use water to clean as this might result in corrosion of the sheets.
• First Layer Calibration - you will have to Re do first layer calibration on your printer as powder coated sheets are quite thin as compared to regular smooth PEI sheets. While doing first layer calibration please make sure that nozzle is not touching or digging into the sheet as this could damage the sheet. Secondly improper first layer height will also result in poor adhesion.
• Do not try to remove printed parts immediately from the plate after printing is done. Let the plate cool down to at least 45 degree Celsius. Trying to remove the parts from a hot plate might result in removal of PEI coating along with the part.
• Do not apply glue stick or any other item on these sheets for adhesion. Just wipe them clean with IPA using a lint free cloth and these will be good to use.
• Do not print with raft or separation layers on these sheets.
• Do no use any spatula, knife or any sharp instrument on these sheets as this cause damage.

Warranty - This being a consumable item, no warranty is applicable to these sheets. However, replacement is provided incase the sheets have manufacturing defects and same is brought to our notice within 48 hours of receipt of the item.
