Domestic Shipping
1. Our default courier is DELHIVERY. We may use alternative courier service for areas not served by Delhivery. Alternative courier services we use - SMARTR courier, Bluedart , DTDC, TCI and any other courier depending upon servicability.
2. All free shipping orders of V Slot, Prusa i3 3D Printer, WorkBee CNC Kits as well as bulk orders of other heavy items will be shipped by ground shipping service of DELHIVERY, TCI, BLUEDART, V-TRANS or any other courier depending upon servicability.
3. The shipping charges will be paid by the customer and will be indicated clearly during the checkout process through our website.
4. In case the customer wants to use any other shipping method, he may contact us for an estimate. Once the order is dispatched, it will not be possible to use an alternate shipping method.
5. Usual delivery time by Delhivery courier is within 6-7 working days. However, should a delay occur we shall take up the case expeditiously with Delhivery to deliver packages at the earliest. All other courier services have a delivery time of 3 to 4 working days for air service and 6 to 7 working days for ground service.
6. Some areas may experience extended delivery time like North east, J&K or areas experiencing tough weather conditions.
1. 3DPrintronics will aim to deliver products in accordance with the customer’s order. The customer’s delivery options, and the prices for them, will be notified to the customer at the time of order placement through wesbite.
2. Delivery will be made to the shipping address as entered by the customer. Change of shipping/delivery address after dispatch may or may not be possible. This may or may not incur extra charges by the courier company. 3DP will try best to coordinate with the courier in this regard. We can not provide any assurance regarding this.
3. Time and date for delivery quoted by 3DPrintronics is approximate only and we shall not be liable for the consequences of any delay in delivery.
4. Delivery date and time may get changed after dispatch as per the courier. Changes may be due to weather conditions, courier company issues or any unforeseen circumstances faced by the courier company.
5. If any delivery is late, the customer must notify 3DPrintronics, and we will endeavor to ascertain if the product has been delivered on the expected delivery time to the customer. 3DPrintronics may also, at its discretion, refund the total delivery charge to the Customer. If a revised delivery time is not acceptable 3DP may also, at its discretion, offer an alternative delivery option.
6. 3DP may notify the Customer if 3DP will be unable to fulfill any order for extended Range Products and will provide alternative options. These are the customer’s exclusive remedies for late delivery.
7. In case there is any issue with your received order. Customers must contact us within 24 to 48 hrs along with the pictures or a small video. If there is a delay beyond the given timeline then final decision will at the discretion of 3DP.
8. In case an order or a package is returned from customers delivery location to us then re-shipping of the package will incur fresh shipping charges.
9. Customers are requested to enter the correct and working phone numbers and emails during the checkout process. Incorrect data may hamper the dispatch and delivery of your orders.
10. In most of the cases we have seen customers do not answer phone call's by the courier delivery persons. In such cases orders may be returned to us or get delayed for delivery. We request customers to please make a note of this.
1. International customers may choose any of the available methods listed on the order page to get their items shipped. The shipping charges will be calculated automatically and shown clearly to the customer while placing the order. If your no shipping method is showing up for your country, please contact us for a shipping quote. Please Note that all Free Shipping, wherever mentioned is only available for within India. If you are placing an order from out of India and the product has free shipping, please do not proceed ahead and contact us for a shipping quote.
2. The buyer, is responsible for any VAT, tariff, duty, taxes, handling fees, customs clearance charges, etc. required by your country for importing consumer goods. We do not collect this beforehand, and can't give you an estimate of the cost, because it varies widely around the world. Please do your research so you're ready to get your package cleared through customs, and have an idea of what the additional cost will be.
