This is a very stable, precise, modular and affordable X/Y linear table system made using two C Beam XLarge Linear actuators. It can be can be used for automation, DIY CNC/3D Printers and other cool stuff.

It is based on the C Beam Linear Rail and uses the XLarge gantry which offers a wide stance. The actuator moves using a precise 8mm lead screws running through an anti-backlash nut.

It can be easily integrated into any existing system or any new design due to the inherent modularity of the C Beam Linear Rail and the V Slot system.

Specifications

• Travel Distance - 250mm is 115mm, 500mm is 365mm, 1000mm is 885mm. Each axis i.e. X and Y axis will have same travel distance. Example : 115mm travel distance means X axis will have travel of 115mm and Y axis will also have travel of 115mm.
• Accuracy - 0.05 mm ~ 0.10 mm
• Positioning Accuracy - ~ 0.10mm
• Max Speed - 8000 mm/min
• Stepper Motor Used - Nema 23 motor (if selected from options) - Leadshine 57CM23-3A. Torque is 23Kg/cm (2.3 Newton/mtr)
• Nema 23 motors shown in the video below has been changed to Nema 23 motors from leadshine.
• Kits/assembled actuators include Spacers, Coupler and M5 screws to mount NEMA 23 motor even if no motor is purchased.
• Note : We provide BLACK color Delrin V Wheels instead of white PC v wheels (as shown in the pictures and video)
  
• Please note : This product does not include any stepper driver and mother board controller.These has to be purchased separately from the options given on the right hand side.

OPTIONAL PARTS which can be purchased with this product -

1) OpenBuilds BlackBox Motion Control System - this controller can be used as motherboard for running X and Y axis.

2) Power supply LRS 350 24 - this power supply from MEANWELL can be used with OpenBuilds Blackbox controller to run the C Beam XLarge X/Y Table
