BAT 85 Diode

The BAT85 series from NXP are axial leaded Schottky barrier diodes. These diodes feature a hermatically sealed leaded glass package and are suitable for mounting on a 5.08mm pitch. They are commonly used for ultra high-speed switching, voltage clamping, blocking and protection circuits.

• Maximum repetitive reverse voltage of 30V
• Non repetitive peak forward surge current is 5A
• Ambient temperature range from -65°C to 125°C
• Forward voltage of 800mV at IF 100mA
• Reverse recovery time of 4ns
